Maybe you are on your mat in your room, right now.
You might be in the class with 50 other people.
You can just close your eyes, listen to your breaths , and maybe imagine your self on the beach. Listen to how your body sinks and rises with the sound of the ocean waves.
You can do this, wherever you are at.
